As we grow older, and wish to continue to fully enjoy this amazing game, we can benefit greatly from practicing golf-specific yoga techniques for optimal flexibility, strength and focus. As you know, golf has 5 main components: Long game, short game, putting, physical, mental The new Hits the Spot Yoga for Golfers 2012 focuses solely on the physical and mental aspects, leaving the swing mechanics in the most capable hands of really good teachers like Eric Sandstrum and Jay Morelli. We will be focusing on learning 3 yoga routines that promote flexibility, balance and strength. And, at the end of class, during relaxation, we will listen to tips from the most excellent Bob Rotella on how to improve our mental game. Hits the Spot Yoga for Golfers 2012 is a great way to improve our game during the off-season, and hang out with folks who love golf, as we wait for that magic day in April!
